RESIZING was founded in 2019 with a simple observation: enterprises were spending billions on cloud infrastructure, but few understood where that money was going or how to optimize it.
Our founders, veterans of AWS, Google, and enterprise consulting, saw an opportunity to bring financial discipline to cloud operations—what we now call FinOps.
Today, we’ve helped over 100 enterprises across finance, technology, retail, and manufacturing optimize their cloud investments, generating over $50M in savings and funding countless innovation initiatives.
